Principal Accountabilities 1.Revenue generation through Broking and other Broking Products like E Margin Trading 2.Cross selling of Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, NCDs, NDPMS & Corporate Bonds to High Net worth Customers 3. Servicing and Advising High Net worth Customers on House Research ideas and other products 4. Engagement with Customer and Axis Bank colleagues on regular basis 2) Technical /Specialist Certification/Experience 1. NISM VIII, NISM V & IRDA certification are mandatory 2. Prior experience of working in a similar set up preferred. 3. Should be willing to work in a target driven role & should be a go getter 4. Skills and Knowledge 5. Good communication skills and market knowledge 6. Graduate / Post graduate with at-least 2 years of experience as a trader/dealer/advisor in a broking company. 7. Management Students are preferred.
