Role/Position	:	Job opening for Executive RTA
Keyskills	:	Good Communication Skills Having good knowledge of Shares and Transfers Ability to work under pressure and meet tight guidelines Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and high level of integrity Shall responsible for all the records of D-mat and transfer remat. Shall handle the queries/grievances of the Share holders. Shall responsible for maintaining the Annual Return Data. Shall be responsible of redemption of bonds, revalidation of dividends, warrants and interest warrants. Processing of bills on daily basis and making the transactions entries. Shall be responsible for generation and dispatched of the bills. Shall take care of transfer of scrutiny and signature verification process. Shall be responsible for issuing the duplicate share Certificates and Master Updation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Desired candidate should having 2-4 years experience with the background of MBA in finance or B.Com. Shall responsible for all the records of D-mat and transfer remat. RTA Executive will be responsible for maintaining all the Records of the holders of securities issued by the corporate and deals with all matters connected with the transfer and redemption of its securities.
