Desired Candidate Profile:
Relationship Manager – Dealing (Job Description) Key Responsibility Areas: NISM mandatory Derivative (NISM SERIES VIII) / Currency ( NISM SERIES I) Trading accuracy should be 100% & compliance free. RM (Dealing) is supposed to do Profiling of clients about his/her risk appetite & interest horizon & provide research support & calls accordingly. Out of the total clients, 10% of the clients should trade on daily basis. He should deliver NBSPL Research updates to the clients on the basis of his client profiling. NBSPL inactive clients too would be mapped to him/her. He should meet all quality parameters & scoring should not be less than 80%. It is mandatory to update client profiling of each & every client either mapped to him or sourced by him/her. Daily client (old/new) calling reports would be giving to his reporting manager. AUM (Asset Under Management) should be increase on month on month basis. TARGETS AND FOCUS AREA Month Target First Month 5 New accounts and Activate 20 Old clients. Second Month Activate 20 Old clients or New 5 accounts and revenue 1 Times of CTC Third Month Activate 20 clients or New 5 accounts and revenue 2 Times of CTC Fifth Month onwards Activate 20 clients or New 5 accounts and revenue 2.5 Times of CTC QUARTERLY INCENTIVE STRUCTURE Performance Level (GRC) Incentive Structure Above 3 Times 5% of whole Revenue * Above 4 Times 7.5% of whole Revenue * Above 5 Times 10% of whole Revenue * Above 8.00 Times 12.5% of whole Revenue * *Minimum 6 new accounts per Quarter (1 account diversified) His work will be to strengthen organization’s customer base and service them in a professional manner.
