Established in year 2015 we are into providing research based advisory services in Equity, Commodity, Agri Commodity and Currency segment. We are looking for young, hardworking and talented people for Junior Research Analyst role in our organization. Please find below our requirement and job description of same. Requirement Equity – 5 Commodity – 2 Job Profile To generate research calls such as Intraday, BTST/STBT, Swing, Momentum and Delivery based positional calls. To solve client’s trade related queries with the help of available technical research tools. To prepare daily, weekly and monthly research reports of assigned segment and scrip’s. To create research based content for our website and android app. This is a purely research based profile and there is no client dealing / interaction involved. The candidate must have following skill set. Candidate must have good knowledge of technical indicators and research tools. Should have good communication skills both verbal and written. Should be well versed with traditional as well as modern technology tools. Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to work in a team environment. Selected candidates would undergo training cum probation period of 9 months. During probation period the designation would be ‘Research Trainee’. One has to clear NISM Investment Advisor Level 1 and 2 during this time frame. After successful completion of training, clearing of above said exams and basis of overall performance during training period selected candidates will be promoted as Junior Research Analyst in our organization. Remuneration: During probation period- For Graduate - Stipend of Rs 8,000 to 10,000 For Post Graduate (MBA Finance or equivalent) – Stipend of Rs 12000 to 15000 After probation period – For Graduate - Package of Rs 2.0 Lac to 2.40 Lac depending upon performance of candidate. For Post Graduate – Package of Rs 2.40 to 3.0 Lac depending upon performance of candidate.
