Forex Risk Advisory / Dealer – Transaction Process Outsourcing POSITION TITLE Management Trainee FUNCTION Forex LOCATION Corporate Office, Delhi REPORTING TO Country Head –Risk Advisory EXPERIENCE Smart Freshers are welcome. NO. OF VACANCIES 3 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION PGDFM/PGDBF (Or any other equivalent Diploma) SALARY Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 p.m. (Depends on candidate’s Interview) BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Ø Good communication skills (both oral and written) Ø Good relationship building skills Ø Good product selling abilities Ø Result orientation Ø Clarity of thought Ø Eagerness to learn Ø Multi-tasking skills FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Ø Good knowledge of financial/forex markets Ø Working knowledge of MS-OFFICE (Good knowledge of MS-EXCEL) Ø Ability to convince and converse on financial/forex markets Ø Basic knowledge of financial databases (Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Cogensis, Ticker Plant) KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITY Ø Advise/Consult corporates to manage forex risk Ø Periodic client meetings Ø Maintain and update client positions Ø Develop forex content Ø Acquire new clients - Selling forex risk advisory services Ø Cross sell Myforexeye product offerings Ø Accurately cover client transaction with their respective banks Ø Ability to handle multiple transactions involving multiple currencies simultaneously Ø Accurate and quick calculation to arrive at the right cash, tom and forward rates for major currencies CORE VALUES (Non-negotiable) Ø Honesty and Integrity Ø Customer Satisfaction Ø Teamwork Ø Continuous Growth and Development
