) Decent knowledge of Equity, FNO & Currency Market 2) Good Communication Skills 3) Handle team of 15+ Advisors 4) Ensure Broking Revenue Target is been achieved by team 5) Responsible for Investment Products Revenue Target achieve by team 6) Grooming and Motivation of team members and make them productive 7) Regular Franchisee office Visits 8) Preparing of weekly / monthly review Presentation of performance of Advisor in his team 9) Doing joint Clients meeting with team members 10) Decent knowledge of RMS and BO Operations
