Keyskills	:	As part of this role you are responsible for acquiring customers, identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment solutions through financial planning. Proactive measures to be implemented for getting a larger share of the investment portfolio. Generate high revenues for the organization through various channels. For Sales Executive: Key Performance Indicator New Client Acquisition Mapping local clients in the area On-boarding least (3/4/5) clients with qualified accounts per month Driving Sales and maintaining a high level of cross-sell & revenue generation: Equities & Currency Commodities Third party product Sales Client Service and relationship management Maintaining Customer Relationship Tapping New Business Avenues Portfolio Management Sales Reporting to immediate manager on daily basis. For Dealer: As part of the dealing team you are responsible to: Provide excellent advisory services to clients and manage their portfolio by providing best industry knowledge. Develop new clients and retain client customer base. Key Performance Indicator Client Relationship Management Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their portfolio Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of client base Drive focus on generating new business/client base Product Knowledge Keep abreast with the market knowledge and market intelligence. Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework. Provide information and regular updates to immediate manager

Desired Candidate Profile:

Selection Criteria For Sales Executive: Good communication (verbal and written) skills Ability to speak in local language and English Strong selling and negotiation skills Fresher or Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience of sales with proven record Understanding of local market and client base Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office Graduate from recognized university or college Selection Criteria For Dealer: Good communication (verbal and written) skills Ability to speak in local language and English Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market Fresher or Minimum of 1 year experience in Equity broking Holds latest certificates from NISM (Equity) Understanding of local market and captive client base Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office Graduate from recognized university or college
