Company: Banking Securities firm Business: Financial services Department: broking Role: Equity Advisor Approximate ctc 3.5 lacs max plus incentives About the Company Banking Securities firm is a 100% subsidiary of a Bank that offers Retail Broking services and is involved in distribution of Bank’s financial products. It is one of the fastest growing bank-promoted retail stock brokerage firms in the country, it is placed at fifth position in terms of the number of unique customer code (UCC) of active clients, as per NSE's unique traded customer (UTC) data. It has a well-connected branch network of 90 branches across India. 1) Principal Accountabilities ? Revenue generation through Broking and other Broking Products like E Margin Trading ? Cross selling of Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, NCDs, NDPMS & Corporate Bonds to High Net worth Customers ? Servicing and Advising High Net worth Customers on House Research ideas and other products ? Engagement with Customer and Bank colleagues on regular basis 2) Technical /Specialist Certification/Experience ? NISM VIII, NISM V & IRDA certification are mandatory ? Prior experience of working in a similar set up preferred. ? Should be willing to work in a target driven role & should be a go getter 3) Skills and Knowledge ? Good communication skills and market knowledge ? Graduate / Post graduate with at-least 1 year of experience as a trader/dealer/advisor in a brokerage firm
