Q. What is the profile of an NIFM Franchisee?
Ans. An Individual or a Company who is well networked and has the ability to market the various training products, and want to earn fame and money.

Q. What is the length of the Franchisee Agreement?
Ans. 5 Years.It can be renewed by mutual agreement.

Q. How long would it take after submitting application of opening an NIFM center to getting the approval for the same?
Ans. 7 days.

Q. What is the man-power required to open a franchisee?
Ans. A franchisee needs to have 1 Center Manager, 1-2 Counselor, 2 Marketing Executives, 1-2 Faculty, 1 Receptionist.

Q. Can the Franchisee fee be negotiated?
Ans. No.

Q. Can the royalty be negotiated? 
Ans. No.

Q. What is the minimum available floor space required to set up a center?
Ans. The minimum available floor space should be between 1000sft to 2000sft.

Q. What is the minimum infrastructure required for setting up a center?
Ans. The minimum infrastructure requirement varies depending on the classification of cities. 


Q. Is it mandatory for a person to have experience in Financial market/ training industry to set up a franchisee?
Ans. No. but if you have a teaching or an educational background, it would be an added advantages to you. We would provide you the training to operate NIFM franchisee.

Q. What will be the KRA for the centre?
Ans. Quality of training and infrastructure should be the main KRA for the centers.

Q. How many centre are you planning to start in a geographical location?
Ans. The number of centers would solely depend on the demographics and the market potential . NIFM will decide on the number of centers based on various parameters. 

Q. What will be the distance among the centre?
Ans. There are no set distances for this. The decision solely remains in the hands of NIFM based on the population of the Target Audience, the market potential and various other factors pertaining to that geographical location.

Q. What is the ROI from a franchisee's perspective?
Ans. A 50-100% profit on the total turn-over can be expected from a well-performing center.

Q. What is the break even point? How soon can a franchisee hope to break even?
Ans. Franchise will get break even point of monthly expenses in 6 months and It will take 1 to 1.5 year duration to get break even of total investment done to setup a Franchise.

Q. Will you help me in recruitment of staff and Faculty? 
Ans. NIFM will guide & help the center in the recruitment of staff, cost should be born by the franchise if any. However the resposibility to appoint the Faculty is totally on NIFM.

Q What is the support system for the staff, faculty and other marketing person? 
Ans. NIFM will provide training to all staff and faculty from time to time.

Q. As for my understanding, why is the XYZ partner is not performing well? 
Ans. There could be several reasons for this. Maybe the center does not have the necessary resources (counselor, sales executives etc.) to drive more registrations. It could also be that the center might not have a proper lead tracking system in place to keep a track of the inquiries and leads and chase it up with them accordingly. It could also be that there is very little potential in that area. As I said, the reasons could be numerous, but mostly, it's all dependent on the geographical location of the center and its internal operations.

Q. Will the NIFM take the operational expenses of the franchise center?
Ans. No.This has to be taken care by the Franchise itself.

Q. How will you help me in my day to day activities? 
Ans. All day to day activities of the center will be managed by the franchise, However NIFM will guide and provide training to do the same.


Q. Will the company take care on Ads? If yes, how? If no, what we need to do? 
Ans. In metros if their are more than one branch, the cost will be shared by all the centers. The cost per center is calculated based on the total cost of campaign divided by the number of centers. NIFM will take care of the major things like centralized buying of media. However, the cost incurred for the ads has to be shared by the centers.

Q. What kind of marketing support can a franchise expect from NIFM?
Ans. NIFM will be, periodically, providing marketing material like pamplets, posters and banners to all franchise, but it is totally depend on the management decission, NIFM is not bounded to give marketing material to the franchise. Franchise will organise the seminar or workshop on quarterly basis and NIFM will send the speaker if requested by the franchise free of cost, however the cost of traveling, boarding and lodging of the speaker. NIFM will do the digital market of the website nifm.in and send the leads generated through it to the franchise on daily basis if received.
