Non Refund of Fee in any case

All fees once paid are not refundable for any reason whatsoever. Either it is admission fee or the installment of the course fee.

Students can only adjust their fee between online courses and classroom courses available at NIFM institute. If a student enrolled in classroom based course he or she and has not taken classes can adjust their fee by enrolling in online courses of the amount they have paid.    


 

Cancellation of Admission or Transfer / Migration :

National Institute of Financial Markets (NIFM) reserves its right to cancel the admission and forfit the fee of a candidate under any of the following circumstances:

  • If the fee is not deposited by the stipulated date.
  • If the candidate fails to join a particular program by the stipulated date, after making the payment of fees.
  • If the candidate fails to furnish the proof of the stipulated minimum qualification.
  • If the student is found to be misbehaving or any other issue regarding discipline at any point of time.
  • Student can migrate from one course to other if he/she have not taken more then one classes
  • Student can migrate from one branch to another if he/she have deposited the 50 percent of the course fee. 
 

Payment of Fees:

  • Fee is to be paid in Down payment or in Installment. First installment should be paid before one week of the batch starting date. Failing of timely payment of fee imposes a penalty of Rs.200 per day. will be charged upto 30 days.
  • After a period of 30 days, the name of the defaulting students will be struck off the rolls. However, re-admission could be sought by paying Rs 5000/- as re-admission fee along with the late fine.

Right of Alteration / Modification:

  • Management reserves its right to alter or modify the structure of any of the program at any time to attain the objective of excellence.
  • National Institute of Financial Markets (NIFM) reserves the right to change the fee of any course at any time.
  • National Institute of Financial Markets (NIFM) reserves the right to modify, alter or include any other Rules and Regulations that may be deemed fit in the interest of the Institution.
 

 

Jurisdiction
Any dispute pertaining to admission or any other matter concerning a student or alumnus of NIFM shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Dwarka Delhi Courts only.

Limitation Clause
No dispute shall be raised after the expiry of 30 days from the date of which the process of admission and or selection is completed.

Agreement Clause
All successful candidates shall be bound by the above mentioned Rules and Regulations of NIFM.
