We are looking at hiring graduate students from your campus for the position of Executive – Advisor FOCO (Franchisee Office, Company Operated)

Business offered – Broking & Distribution
CTC- First 3 months on Stipend ( 5000 per month) & Then candidate will be selected on MOFSL payroll from 4^th month onwards after clearance of Exam and taking his/ her behaviour, discipline & performance etc. into consideration
CTC of Rs. 1.80 lacs p.a will be offered to candidates placed anywhere other than Delhi.
CTC of Rs. 2.37 lacs p.a will be offered to candidates placed in Delhi.

Salary	:	2.37 lac for delhi & 1.80 lac for other location

Keyskills	:	1. Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio 2. Develop and maintain a long term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customers and focus on generating new business 3. Will need to be constantly updated with the market knowledge 4. Ensure all the activities are in adherence as per compliance and risk. 5. Keeping the clients updated on their orders 6. Crossing selling Investment products like Mutual fund, SIP, and PMS etc. 7. Going for meeting the clients if necessary
