As this questions has an important role to play ,in it within some few words you have describe about yourself as a whole & this question is generally asked by the interviewer in the beginning so that he?she can get a brief idea about yourself .so in whichever company you are giving the interview you try that in minimum words you can give maximum idea about your wholesome personality.

Now,this is the most general question asked ,because before applying in any company you should have knowledge like for instance,
what company is all about?
What is there area of specialisation?
So the candidate must have knowledge so at the time of interview when question’s would be asked,then at that point of time they don’t fumble or get blank.
Q3.WHY YOU THINK YOU SHOULD BE HIRED?
As the competition is so intense these days so it’s really important that you should clearly tell the interviewer that why you think you are perfect for this role? Why not someone else on your place so at point you should tell clearly what’s going on in your mind for the specified role that you applied for in the company.
Q4.TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF & HOW IT MAKES YOU LOOK DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS?
This question improves your chances of getting select within the company because through this questions you can tell interviewer about your skills that you have attained & also you can tell about your feild of specialistion which will make you look different from others.so it’s in the hands of candidate that how wisely he/she answers this question.
Q5.WHAT CHALLENGES YOU GENERALLY FACE WHILE WORKING?
Whenever this question is to be asked then you should answer the questions cleverly,
Like you should not answer like I easily got irritate or I got annoyed or something like that.Instead you should say sometime’s it gets difficult to get the work done on time but I somehow ,manage to do complete my work on time.you should try it doesn’t seem to be as challenge you should try to cover it up.
Q6. WHAT’S YOUR DREAM JOB?
In whichever company you are giving the interview you should try to consider as at your dream job at that point of time.As this is the mantra through which you can get a succes & also through which you can get your dream job.As this is the best way of getting the job that you have dream off.so it is the mantra that can make you get a good job.
Q7. WHAT’S YOUR WAY OF DEALING WITH STRESSFUL SITUATIONS?
Stressful situations occurs when there is pressure of getting the work done on time or when any type of financial crisis occured in the company.As when such type of situations occur in company then employees has a really crucial role to play like they deal with such type of situations.As handling that situation lies in the employees hand only.
Q8. WHAT OTHER COMPANIES YOU ARE INTERVIEWING WITH?
If you are interviewing with different companies then let the interviewer know about that so that they can take an idea from that ,like which type of companies are looking for the employees like you & also there is nothing to hide from them about which companies are there in which you are giving the interviews as it does not make much difference because the company is intrested in you not in the companies with which you are interviewing with.
Q9. WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING IN YOUR NEW POSITION?
You should tell the interviewer clearly in your statements that in your new position what are you looking for like the designation you want,the profile you want,the type of work you would like to deal with , the salary criteria that you would like to have etc. so these are the things that you should tell & you must be clear what you you want from your new job it should not seem like ambigous to the interviewer.
Q10. WHAT TYPE OF WORKING ENVIRONMENT YOU WOULD PREFER TO WORK IN?
Actually through it the interviewer would like to know about comfort zone where you will be working like hours of working, facilities you need while working etc. all these things you need to tell to the interviewer at the time of interview so that the company can decide whether they would be able to fulfill there needs or not.
