Job Description:

Daily bank receipt and payment entry reconciliation and monthly statement preparation.Maintaining petty cash and cash book on a daily basis.Accounting for sales, purchase, cash, and credit expenses bills.Maintaining physical files and records.Preparing and sending daily sales and outstanding reports to the marketing team.Handling courier follow-ups (incoming & outgoing).Monitoring phone bills and preparing monthly comparison statements.Following up on daily sales acknowledgments.Managing marketing and factory expenses follow-ups every 15 days.Weekly follow-ups – letters and emails to overdue outstanding customers.Preparing monthly payment projections.Preparing weekly outstanding reports, age-wise reports, and monthly collection comparison reports for meetings.Maintaining marketing expenses details and bills.Reconciling the monthly petrol card statement.Monthly follow-ups on insurance and bank dues with yearly plan preparation.Assisting in audit document preparation.
