Dealer is responsible for executing buy and sell orders in the equity markets on behalf of the firm's clients or for the firm's proprietary trading activities. The role involves continuous monitoring of market conditions, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Trade Execution: Execute equity trades accurately and efficiently for institutional and retail clients, ensuring optimal execution and adherence to client instructions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to support trading decisions and provide insights to clients and internal teams.
- Client Management: Maintain and develop relationships with clients, providing them with market updates, trade ideas, and execution services.
- Risk Management: Monitor and manage trading risks, ensuring that all trades comply with the firm's risk management policies.
- Compliance: Ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory requirements and the firm's internal policies.
