ABOUT THE ROLE:
The purpose is to support our Investment Advisors in growing and managing client portfolios & ensuring top-quality service to clients / prospects. You will call/schedule appointments, assist with client acquisition, risk profiling, portfolio analysis and follow through with execution & client servicing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Client Acquisition:
1. Reach out to HNIs/SHNIs, understand their financial needs & goals.
2. Call & book appointments with prospective clients.
3. Assist in preparing investment proposals & risk profiles.
Investment Portfolio Analysis:
1. Review prospect’s Existing Investment Portfolios.
2. Compare risk vs return, assess suitability, propose improvements given client’s risk appetite & time horizon.
Execution & Follow-Ups:
1. Ensure suggested portfolio decisions are executed (transactions, documentation).
2. Follow-up with clients / prospects to drive closure of pending actions.
Client Servicing & Support:
1. Serve existing clients: answer queries, introduce new products.
2. Maintain accurate documentation and client records. Ensure compliance.
