Job Description:
We are looking for motivated candidates, either undergraduate or graduate, who own their own laptop and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent writing and spoken English skills are required. Male candidates who have their own bike are preferred.
Training Period: 6 months including following topics:
- Complete Recruitment Process including network building, sourcing, campus interviews, screening, interviews scheduling, feedback, etc.
- Approval from Companies regarding interview and shortlisted candidates.
- Onsite Management for On-boarding, KYC, Biometric Registration, Salary Structuring, etc.
- New employee Compliance Registration, Adhaar Card seeding, Bank A/C opening, ID cards, etc.
- Process & Product Training to new joinees.
- Prepare Training Calendar and register trainees under Apprenticeship Programme for companies.
- Internal Recruitment and training new team members about company’s policy and monthly targets..
- Coordinating with companies regarding HR Policies to be integrated in HRMS.
- Maintaining all employee reports like Mustor Roll,Payroll,Attendance,Payout details, etc.
- Maintaining registers onsite under CLRA for different sites e.g-overtime,leave, advance, payout,etc.
- Online & offline compliance registrations and renewals at various authorities in different states
- Compliance challans and returns deposit online in authorities as per compliance calander.
- Income tax & TDS support to employees for tax saving & investments. Issuing FORM-16 & income tax statements.
- ITR filling and getting investment declaration from employees.
- HR Policies, Salary structures, investment declaration, reimbursements, etc.
- Supporting Companies in Compliance Audit related to following acts-PF, ESIC, PTAX, LWF, CLRA, BONUS, etc.
- Ensuring timely payment collection of salaries, reimbursement and all service charges from all clients.
