Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day financial
operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST compliance, and
financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting

Record all financial transactions in Tally
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries
Manage general ledger and ensure proper documentation

GST & Taxation

Handle GST data entry and maintain records
Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B
Ensure proper tax invoicing and compliance

Billing & Receivables

Generate invoices and maintain billing records
Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients
Maintain accurate receivables data

Bank & Cash Reconciliation

Perform regular bank reconciliations
Verify cash transactions and resolve discrepancies

Financial Reporting

Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statement, and Balance Sheet
Assist in generating MIS and financial reports

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with vendors for invoices and payments
Support audits and internal financial reviews
Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Keyskills	:	Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred) 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience Required Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles Hands-on experience in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime) Working knowledge of GST compliance Proficiency in MS Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Key Competencies Time management and ability to meet deadlines Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently Good communication and coordination skills
