Hiring for HR InternsBack

Job Description:

We are excited to inform you that Lernx is currently hiring for HR Interns from all programs across all three years(except BTech.). We are looking for immediate joiners who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the HR domain. The internship duration will be two months, and based on performance, top candidates will be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time HR role with us.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support candidate sourcing and recruitment through multiple channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and campus networks.
  • Review resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic screenings to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the role.
  • Organize and manage interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the candidate database.
  • Work closely with the team to design strategies and enhance recruitment workflows.
  • Deliver a seamless and professional experience to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Salary : Stipend: Up to INR 10,000 (performance-based).
