Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Position Details:

Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: Rs. 3,00,000 per annum
Benefits: Health insurance and other standard benefits included
Deductions: Only Provident Fund (PF) will be deducted from the CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, reports, and records.
Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and company policies.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
Monitor and manage cash flow, expenditures, and financial transactions.
Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
