Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate should understand campaign structure, audience targeting, ad performance metrics, and digital marketing fundamentals.  Currently, we have 1 vacancy for the position of Digital Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in planning, creating, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns 
  • Support Google Ads campaign setup (Search, Display, etc.) 
  • Work on campaign structure including Campaign → Ad Set → Ad 
  • Perform audience targeting including Custom Audience and Lookalike Audience 
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations 
  • Support retargeting campaigns using Meta Pixel / tracking tools 
  • Manage daily and lifetime campaign budgets 
  • Understand and monitor ad learning phase performance 
  • Troubleshoot ad delivery issues 
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics and conversions

Required Skills / Knowledge 

Meta Ads Knowledge 

  • Understanding of Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad structure 
  • Knowledge of campaign objectives 
  • Basic knowledge of audience targeting 
  • Understanding of Custom Audience vs Lookalike Audience 
  • Basic understanding of Pixel and Retargeting 
  • Knowledge of Learning Phase concept 

 

Google Ads Knowledge 

  • Understanding of Search, Display, and other campaign types 
  • Difference between Search Ads and Display Ads 
  • Knowledge of Keywords and Match Types: 
  • Broad Match 
  • Phrase Match 
  • Exact Match 
  • Basic understanding of Quality Score 
  • Knowledge of Conversion Tracking 
  • Understanding of Organic vs Paid Search 

 
Important Marketing Metrics (Basic Understanding Required) 

  • CPC (Cost Per Click) 
  • CTR (Click Through Rate) 
  • CPM (Cost Per 1000 Impressions) 
  • CPA / CPR (Cost Per Acquisition / Cost Per Result) 
  • Conversion Rate

Qualifications
