Job Description:

We are excited to inform you that Lernx is currently hiring HR Interns from all programs across all three years (except B.Tech). We are looking for immediate joiners who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in the Human Resources domain.

About the Internship

This is a 2-month internship program designed to provide real-world exposure to HR operations, recruitment processes, and people management activities. It is an excellent opportunity for students to build a strong foundation in HR and corporate culture.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support candidate sourcing and recruitment through multiple channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and campus networks.
  • Review resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic screenings to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the role.
  • Organize and manage interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the candidate database.
  • Work closely with the team to design strategies and enhance recruitment workflows.
  • Deliver a seamless and professional experience to candidates throughout the hiring journey.

 

Internship Details:

  • Stipend: Up to INR 10,000 (performance-based).
  • Time Commitment: Minimum 3.5 hours per day.
  • Duration: 2 months.
  • Mode of Work: Work From Home (remote).
  • Pre-Placement Opportunity (PPO): Offered to top-performing interns.
