We are hiring for a Designated Director at Truewealth Invest Tech Private Limited and are looking for a proactive professional with experience in financial services, securities market operations, and regulatory compliance. About the Role The Designated Director will oversee the company’s securities dealing operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements across trading, clearing, settlement, and other operational functions.

Keyskills	:	Oversee and manage securities dealing operations, including broking, clearing, and settlement of trades across equity, derivatives, and other segments. Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchanges, depositories, clearing corporations, and other applicable regulatory frameworks. Manage periodic regulatory filings, audits, inspections, and timely submission of reports to the relevant authorities. Monitor operational risks, client exposure, and funds and securities flows, ensuring effective internal controls and risk mitigation. Coordinate with stock exchanges, depositories, clearing corporations, and regulatory bodies on matters relating to trading member operations. Oversee front-office and back-office activities, including client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, order execution, settlement, and reconciliation. Ensure appropriate documentation and agreements with clients, brokers, sub-brokers, remisiers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services role. Certification: NISM Series VII certification, or candidates planning to appear for the certification in the coming days. Additional Eligibility: Compliance Officers holding NISM Series III certification are also eligible to apply for this role. Location: New Delhi (Malviya Nagar) Work Mode: 100% Work from Office Compensation: Competitive, as per market standards.
